I wanted to say thank you to Den for making this amazing giveaway and I hope everyone shares their own recipes in this subforum!
This dessert brings up countless memories to me, so I wanted to share it with you all
You'll need:
• A chocolate pudding mix
• 4 glasses of milk (around 800 ml / 3 and a half cups) [!! Check if your pudding mix requires more or less milk !!]
• 1,5 packs of Petit-Beurre biscuits (or any biscuit you desire, but I love it this way!)
• And some grated coconut for decoration
1. Pour the pudding mix into a small pot
2. Add the milk, cook it by continuously stirring on medium heat. It's important to continuously stir as it prevents the pudding from sticking to the pan and achieve a smooth texture!
3. Once it hits the right consistency, take it off the stove.
4. Now to create the layers of this cake, start by placing some of the biscuits on the tray until there's no space left. I'm using a borosilicate glass baking dish, but if you own a different tray that's completely fine! Just make sure that it's not a plastic tray as the pudding's still hot.
5. Pour 1/3 of the pudding over the biscuits, and spread it with the use of a spoon
6. Repeat step 5 to create the second layer, then finally cover the top with the remaining pudding.
7. Sprinkle the shredded coconut over and let it cool in the fridge for at least 2 hours. (or longer if it's still not cool enough)
and enjoy!
I genuinely love this dessert and I hope you do too!
