Virto! - is a sandbox game, aimed for providing a freedom of choice for not only just registered users, but also the ones who were during the virto! testing states. We are not affilated with games, such as Roblox, LEGO and other sandbox games as well.
Our sandbox game is free of charge. This means that you will be not charged with any real money (or any offsite currency, such as Robux) for better experience than others. If a user, impersonating our staff is trying to charge you for using our platform - report it to virto!team through the Discord Server or our Contact email.
This game is being developed for fun, meaning that our work will be not used against anyone and anything.
It is required that all users agree to the Terms of Service when accessing virto! site and games, otherwise such users may risk the account termination.
Virto! staff reserve the right to update or alter these terms and conditions at any time and for any reason.
Although virto!staff and virto!adminstration may suspend a user for any reason, you may appeal this suspension through our Discord server.
We respect the privacy of our users, and request that all who choose to use our site refer to our Privacy Policy which details how we collect, use and disclose information regarding privacy.
When signing up to or accessing or any subdomain of playvirto.fun, you confirm your agreement to our Privacy Policy.

When signing up, a personal account will be created under the given username and can be accessed with the given password. Optionally, you may put your Discord Username tag or an email. You agree to report any unauthorized access or use of your account.
Virto! is not responsible for any damages, liabilities or losses caused by any unauthorized access of your account.
Nowadays, it is quite impossible to list every rule. In our commumity we (virto!team) require all users to act in a civilized tone. Our staff reserve the right to suspend any account for any reason.
You can request for your account to be deleted (having all information removed) by pressing the "Request Account Termination" in your setttings.
Please note that after this action has been taken, it cannot be reversed.

Each forum board may contain different rules (as well as the site guidelines) in the form of a pinned thread or as a forum board announcement.
Breaking said rules may result in account suspension.

Our staff reserve the right to remove any content uploaded by users, but they are not exempt from these rules as their actions are reviewed regularly by higher authority. This even includes the virto!team.
Our staff reserve the right to terminate or suspend any virto! account for any reason.
User generated content is the content uploaded by the virto! users.
When an item is getting uploaded, it goes through an approval system where the virto! staff decides whether or not the item is appropiate for virto! guidelines.

Since the day we made the possibility for users to upload the 3D UGC items, we have decided to ignore the "Bad Quality" check as the whole. By the way, this will not work for the broken or empty items.
Though virto! does not own User Generated Content, therefore it can be removed by contacting us by our support email or by our Discord Server.
As of recently, we have started providing an ability for users to create their own games for virto! as a format of Sets.
Sets contain the custom game image, name, description and the file, containing its look. The file may contain the scripts, written in classic GameMaker Language which were specifically made for the game's better experience.
Though we undestand, that a malicious user may use it against the other users we will be checking it for the following:
To partnership with virto!, you should contact with the virto! Discord Server owner (or @denguy) and we'll try to act as fast as we can.
However, partnershipping with virto! does not mean free advertising. After the agreement of virto! staff, on your side (Discord Server or your site), you should put an invite link to our discord server or a link to our site. So we could help eachother to let other people to know about the partnershipped stuff.
